In a letter to Hippocrates, the father of medicine, Dr. Democritus, a famous Greek philosopher, said: “People pray to God for health, and people do not know they have a healthy way. The first American word for self-care was American Thomson, who emphasized the subjective initiative of man in health in the 1825 ”New Health Guidance," and opposed the total grant of his right to health to doctors. This book is very popular, socially significant. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines self-care as: maintaining health, preventing diseases, self-diagnosis, self-treatment (including self- medication) and continuing self-care after medical treatment.
