人事档案跟每个人都息息相关,在我们生活中档案是重要的角色。但是在实际的生活当中人们对档案并不重视,人事档案的管理还存在很多的问题,管理手段落后、管理水平低下、人事档案内容质量不高、信息化程度不够等等。主要是管理人员意识不高,管理的不够规范,诸多原因制约着人事档案的发展,所以要加强对人事档案的管理,提高工作人员的水平,重视对人事档案资料的收集,健全管理制度,使得人事档案管理向制度化发展。本文对人事档案的管理问题进行分析,提出解决办法以便更好的促进人事档案的管理。
