利用飞行数据对飞机进行故障诊断和状态监控已经成为国内外相关领域研究的热点。根据飞行数据进行故障诊断时,需要获得故障模式与飞行数据特点之间的对应关系的知识,但是这些知识很难在维修手册等知识源中获得。大量的历史飞行数据中隐含了飞行数据与故障模式之间的逻辑因果关系,对其分析处理就可以获取诊断知识。因此本文提出了应用粗糙集的方法从飞行数据中自动获取用于故障诊断的知识,并设计实现了该方法,同时应用实际数据验证了该方法的有效性。
The use of flight data to carry out fault diagnosis and status monitoring of aircraft has become a hot topic in related fields at home and abroad. Fault diagnosis based on flight data requires knowledge of the correspondence between the failure modes and the characteristics of the flight data, but these are difficult to obtain in knowledge sources such as service manuals. A large number of historical flight data implies a logical causal relationship between flight data and failure modes, and its analysis and processing can acquire diagnostic knowledge. Therefore, this paper presents a method of using rough set to automatically obtain the knowledge of fault diagnosis from flight data, and design and implement this method. At the same time, the actual data is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.
