面对国家数字出版的迅猛发展,军校科技期刊面临着保密与交流的最大挑战。为了进一步提升军校科技期刊的显示度和学术影响力,在调研和分析目前军校科技期刊数字化现状的基础上,提出了军校科技期刊数字化发展的四点对策:依托军训网搭建期刊上网平台提升军校科技期刊的影响力,通过管理、培训和研究来扩大军校科技期刊的交流,完善出版数字化机制来确保军校科技期刊的质量,培养复合型编辑人才来应对出版数字化的全新挑战。
Faced with the rapid development of national digital publishing, military science and technology journals face the greatest challenge of confidentiality and communication. In order to further enhance the display degree and academic influence of military science and technology periodicals, on the basis of investigating and analyzing the current status of the military science and technology periodicals digitization, the author puts forward four countermeasures for the digital development of military periodicals: relying on military training network to build a periodical online platform to upgrade military science and technology Periodicals, expand the exchange of scientific and technological periodicals through the management, training and research, improve the digital mechanism of publishing to ensure the quality of military periodicals, and to cultivate compound editors to meet the brand new challenge of publishing.
