目的 通过与增强CT对比研究评价本科实验室制作的声学造影剂“脂氟显”对兔肾VX2肿瘤显像的能力。方法 14只左肾种植有VX2肿瘤的家兔 ,超声造影前和造影后观察肿瘤的大小、数目和能发现的最小肿瘤 ,在 2 4h内做CT平扫和增强对照 ,实验完后处死动物与病理对照。结果 14只兔声学造影后共发现 46个肿瘤 ,增强CT发现的肿瘤数为 44个 ,P值 0 .3 3 6,相关系数r =0 .988,病理肿瘤 5 2 ,与声学造影比较P值 0 .0 82 ,相关系数r=0 .978。声学造影能观察到最小肿瘤直径 0 .3 2cm ,增强CT发现的最小肿瘤直径 0 .3 2cm ,和病理比较无显著性差异。结论 脂氟显能有效增强兔肾肿瘤的显像 ,提高肾脏肿瘤的检出率 ,与增强CT相当 ,对肾窦肿瘤优于增强CT。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the contrast effect of acyclovir on the renal VX2 tumor in rabbits by comparing with enhanced CT. METHODS: Twenty-four rabbits with VX2 tumors were planted in the left kidney. The size and number of the tumors and the smallest tumors that could be found were observed before and after contrast enhanced ultrasound. CT scan and contrast enhancement were performed within 24 hours. After the experiment, the animals were sacrificed Pathological control. Results A total of 46 tumors were found in 14 rabbits after acoustography. The number of tumors detected by enhanced CT was 44, the P value was 0.336, the correlation coefficient was r = 0.988, the pathological tumor was 5 2, compared with the value of P 0 .0 82, the correlation coefficient r = 0 .978. Acoustic contrast imaging can observe the smallest tumor diameter of 0.32cm, the smallest tumor diameter enhancement CT found 0.32cm, and pathological no significant difference. Conclusion Lipofusidin can effectively enhance the imaging of renal tumors in rabbits and improve the detection rate of renal tumors, which is comparable with enhanced CT and superior to enhanced CT in renal sinus tumors.
