敞开式离子化质谱是近十年来逐渐新兴的一种无需对样品进行复杂前处理或色谱分离,在常温常压环境下直接通过质谱分析样品中痕量物质信息的新型质谱技术。该技术极大地提高了质谱分析效率,使得原位实时快速分析样品成为可能并在食品安全、环境监测、生物医药等领域得到广泛应用。本文系统综述包括解吸电喷雾电离、纸喷雾电离、实时直接分析等典型敞开式离子化质谱的基本原理与操作方法,述评各技术在体内药物分析领域的典型应用,并展望敞开式离子化质谱技术的应用前景。
Open ionization mass spectrometry is a new type of mass spectrometry technology that is gradually emerging in recent ten years without the need of complex pretreatment or chromatographic separation of the sample.
