目的全面监测并评价2001—2012年间甘肃省平凉市崆峒区实施碘缺乏病可持续消除工程和全区碘缺乏病防治工作及措施的实施效果。方法采用分层抽样的方法,抽取8~10岁儿童2 400名,检测碘缺乏病的病情、尿碘、家庭盐碘、智商,并调查碘缺乏病防治知识的知晓率。结果平凉市崆峒区8~10岁儿童的甲状腺平均肿大率3.25%,尿碘中位数264.29μg/L,居民户盐碘含量均在20 mg/kg以上,儿童碘缺乏病防治知识知晓率为96.60%,智商水平为110.47。结论平凉市崆峒区儿童碘缺乏病可持续消除工程和全区碘缺乏病防治工作都取得了良好的效果。
Objective To comprehensively monitor and evaluate the implementation of the sustainable elimination project of iodine deficiency disorders and iodine deficiency disorders prevention and control in the whole district in 2001 and 2012 in Baobe District, Gansu Province. Methods By stratified sampling method, 2 400 children aged from 8 to 10 were selected to detect the status of iodine deficiency disorders, urinary iodine, family salt iodine, intelligence, and to investigate the awareness rate of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Results The average thyroid gland enlargement rate was 3.25% and the median urinary iodine was 264.29μg / L in children aged 8-10 years old in Langfang District of Pingliang City. The content of salt and iodine in resident households was above 20 mg / kg. Knowledge of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in children The rate was 96.60% and the IQ level was 110.47. Conclusions The project of sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency disorders and the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in children in Langfang District of Pingliang City have achieved good results.
