本文报道以荧光原位杂交技术(FISH)及抗着丝粒抗体间接免疫荧光染色(CREST染色)两种技术检测了化合物甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)诱发微核的着丝粒信号比例,从而判断GMA的非整倍体诱发效应。结果表明,GMA诱发的微核约40.9-575%为FISH阳性,说明其具有一定的非整倍体毒性,但CREST阳性仅为170-241%,说明其对着丝粒蛋白有较强的损害作用。同时,染色体中期相分析表明,GMA的染色体断裂作用较强,并且染色体损伤主要集中在着丝粒区域
In this paper, the centromere signal ratio induced by the compound glycidylmethacrylate (GMA) was detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and indirect immunofluorescence staining (CREST) , To determine GMA aneuploidy induced effect.
