众所周知,引擎(Engine)是发动机的核心。创新引擎,是指能够引领和推动企业发展,并具有可持续动力的自主创新。企业没有自主创新,就没有动力、就会停顿,在竞争中迷失方向,甚至葬身海底。企业创新引擎的价值,源自三个方面:(1)设计制造设备;(2)有序传播设备的应用价值;(3)通过营造公司创新氛围,带动和推进各项经营活动。不可忽视创新氛围在经营管理中无形地位与势能。
