贮藏成熟度是果实贮藏中的一个重要问题。过去一般认为它仅与果实的种类品种和生长发育条件有关。通过调查和试验研究证明,果实的贮藏成熟度还与贮藏方法有关。在低温贮藏法、气调贮藏法和化学贮藏法中,随着控制果实呼吸代谢程度的由弱而强,果实的最适贮藏成熟度,即最适采收期有逐渐延迟的倾向。果实的贮藏成熟度是一个生物学概念。它指的是一定种类品种的果实,在其具体的生长发育条件下,发育到什么时期最能适应其采后的生活条件,即贮藏条件。
Storage maturity is an important issue in the storage of fruits. In the past it was generally considered to be only related to the type of fruit and the conditions of growth and development. Through the investigation and experimental research, the storage maturity of fruit is also related to the storage method. In the low-temperature storage method, the atmospheric storage method and the chemical storage method, with the control of the fruit’s respiratory metabolism from weak to strong, the optimum storage maturity of the fruit, that is, the optimum harvesting period tends to be gradually delayed. Fruit storage maturity is a biological concept. It refers to a certain type of fruit, in its specific growth and development conditions, the development of the best time to adapt to their post-harvest living conditions, namely storage conditions.
