随着正畸新技术的发展,三维有限元法作为一种研究生物力学的有效手段被应用于多方面的力学研究。但由于牙齿及其支持组织的外形不规则,力学性质不同以及受力作用的复杂性等, 令其受力的状态很难模拟。牙齿及其支持组织受力后的应力分布是一个非常复杂的问题,这是因为牙齿及其支持组织的结构、组成以及力学性质等十分复杂:①牙齿及其支持组织的外形不规则,这使力学模型制作非常困难,同时也影响测量结果的准确性。
