利用2kWC02激光器在A3钢板上进行Ni基WC金属陶瓷的激光熔覆试验.研究了不同碳化钨含量下熔覆层的组织和硬度变化规律.结果表明,熔覆层中粘结金属硬度随复合粉中碳化钨含量的增加呈马鞍形变化,同一熔覆层中,粘结金属硬度曲线平稳,无明显梯度变化,但复合层内存在一定的成分与组织梯度;粘结金属组织与碳化钨含量关系密切.
Laser cladding of Ni-based WC cermet was performed on A3 steel using 2kWC02 laser. The variation of microstructure and hardness of cladding layer under different tungsten carbide content was studied. The results show that the hardness of the bonding metal in the cladding layer changes saddle shape with the increase of the tungsten carbide content in the composite powder. The hardness curve of the bonding metal in the same cladding layer is stable without obvious gradient changes. However, Composition and tissue gradient; the bonding metal structure and tungsten carbide content are closely related.
