本文以造船业高温作业分级标准规定,采用室内外温差、劳动时间率指标,参照环境辐射热强度,对某船厂16个高温岗位进行分级调查,结果是:Ⅱ级占12.5%,Ⅲ级占62.5%,Ⅳ占25.0%,未见Ⅰ级,研究为船厂高温作业分级管理提供了科学依据,并提示船体、铸锻车间中10个作业岗位是预防高温危害的重点。
Based on the classification standard of high-temperature operation in shipbuilding industry, 16 high-temperature jobs in a shipyard were classified according to indoor and outdoor temperature difference, labor time rate index and reference of environmental radiant heat intensity. The results were as follows: Ⅱ grade accounted for 12.5%, Ⅲ grade Accounting for 62.5%, and Ⅳ accounting for 25.0%. No grade I was found. The study provided a scientific basis for classification management of high-temperature operation in the shipyard and suggested that 10 work positions in the hull and casting and forging workshops should be the focus of preventing high temperature damage.
