目的充分利用我国南海药用资源,发现软珊瑚Sinularia polydactyla(Ehreberg)中抗肿瘤和抗炎活性成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析,物理常数比较和波谱方法(NMR、MS等)确定化合物的结构。结果从采自海南三亚海域的多型短指软珊瑚Sinularia polydactyla(Ehreberg)乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到3个甾体类化合物。通过物理数据比较和波谱方法确定其结构分别是:24-亚甲基-9,11-开环胆甾-5-烯-3β,11-二醇-9-酮(1),9,11-开环麦角甾-5-烯-3β,11-二醇-9-酮(2),麦角甾-3β,5α,6β-三醇(3)。结论化合物1,2,3均首次从此种软珊瑚中得到。体外活性试验表明均具有抗炎活性和显著的细胞毒活性。
Objective To make full use of the medicinal resources in the South China Sea, anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory active ingredients of Sinularia polydactyla (Ehreberg) were found. Methods The structures of compounds were determined by silica gel column chromatography, comparison of physical constants and spectroscopic methods (NMR, MS, etc.). Results Three steroidal compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the ethanol extract of Sinularia polydactyla (Ehreberg). Their structures were determined by physical data comparison and spectroscopic methods, respectively: 24-methylene-9,11-seco-cholest-5-ene-3β, 11- Opened ergot-5-ene-3β, 11-diol-9-one (2), ergostatin-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (3). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2 and 3 were obtained from this kind of soft coral for the first time. In vitro activity tests showed both anti-inflammatory activity and significant cytotoxic activity.
