Characteristics of Core Employees Peter Drucker argues: “Core employees can not be managed effectively, and they are useless unless they know their particularity more than anyone else in the organization.” Therefore, only by fully understanding and mastering the characteristics of the key employees in the construction enterprise can they implement effective incentives.
