本文搭建了1个管式间接蒸发冷风机实验台,对其进行了性能测试与分析,研究了其冷却效果、压降变化规律及水气比和一二次空气风量比对冷却效率的影响。通过实验可知,当冷风机的入口干球温度和干湿球温差较大时,降温效果明显;间歇供水比持续供水能创造出更高的蒸发冷却效率;随着一次风量的增加,冷风机的压降呈上升趋势;随着水气比和一二次空气风量比的增大,冷风机的效率会有所提高。
In this paper, a tube-type indirect evaporative cooler experimental bench, its performance testing and analysis of its cooling effect, pressure drop changes and the water vapor ratio and a secondary air volume ratio on the cooling efficiency. It can be seen from the experiment that the cooling effect is obvious when the temperature of the dry bulb at the inlet of the chiller and the temperature difference between the wetting and drying bulb are large; the intermittent water supply can create higher evaporative cooling efficiency than the continuous water supply; as the primary air volume increases, The pressure drop is on the rise; as the ratio of water vapor to air and the volume of primary and secondary air increases, the efficiency of the chiller will increase.
