在思想政治工作中,目前,越来越多的管理者开始注重设法去满足人们的需求以激发动机来实现行为导向和调控.但是,现实中的管理实践却不尽人意.有些地方和单位给职工提薪加奖却招惹怨声;在谈心中真情实意地倾吐肺腑之言,听者却无动于衷,漠视对方;张榜表彰,接受者却认定是领导者在嘲笑自己.这些现象不能不使一些有责任心的管理实践者在一阵茫然之后,对问题进行更深入的思考.据笔者所见,产生上述问题有多种原因,作为思想政治工作者是否可在加强思想政治工作的针对性,在人们的主导需求与激励效应方面作些探索与研究.
