在社会主义市场经济环境下,企业的健康发展离不开思政政治工作的保驾护航。文章从分析现阶段做好企业职工思想政治工作的现实意义出发,论述了国有企业所处的环境变化及国企职工岗位的特殊性客观上要求加强企业职工思想工作。进而对现阶段企业职工思想政治工作开展中存在的不足和有待完善之处进行了归纳,进而提出:企业职工思想政治工作,应坚持以人为本,调动职工的积极性,发挥党员示范作用,加强政工队伍建设,紧紧围绕推动企业的发展而开展工作,才能获得理想的效果和效益。
