花生仁历来是人们油料的主要来源之一。也是人们日常欢迎的干果之一。在美国,花生用于榨取油料与炒食各占其半。花生荚果的产量(万吨):印度602、美国180、塞内加尔80、尼日利亚10、苏丹8、其它国家和地区56,共计约一千万吨。因此,对于花生饼粕的综合利用(其中包括花生壳),特别是在蛋白质亏缺的时代,开发油料种子饼粕资源是非常紧迫的。
Peanut has always been one of the main sources of fuel for people. It is also one of the dried fruits that people welcome daily. In the United States, peanuts use about half their oil and sauteed oil. Peanut pod production (10,000 tons): India 602, United States 180, Senegal 80, Nigeria 10, Sudan 8, other countries and regions 56, a total of about 10 million tons. Therefore, for the comprehensive utilization of peanut cake, including peanut shells, it is very urgent to develop the oil seed cake resources especially in the era of protein deficiency.
