用皮质素处理的胸腺萎缩小鼠模型,观察简化小牛胸腺素对胸腺cAMP、cGMP含量及花生凝集素阳性胸腺细胞数的影响。观察到实验头两天实验组 cAMP高于对照组,两组 cGMP含量变化趋势一致。花生凝集素阳性细胞百分数于整个实验期间,实验组均低于对照组。尤以第一、二天比对照组低40~50%,但两组动物胸腺重量无显著差别。 上述结果表明 cAMP增高与花生凝集素阳性细胞数降低是相关的,提示简化法制备的小牛胸腺素的作用可能是促进前胸腺细胞分化为相对成熟的胸腺细胞。
In a mouse model of thymic atrophy treated with corticosteroids, the effect of simplified calf thymosin on cAMP and cGMP content in thymus and number of thymocytes positive for peanut agglutinin was investigated. It was observed that cAMP in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group in the first two days of the experiment, and the cGMP content in the two groups showed the same trend. The percentage of peanut agglutinin-positive cells was lower in the experimental group than in the control group. In particular, the first and second days were 40-50% lower than the control group, but there was no significant difference in thymus weight between the two groups. The above results indicated that the increase of cAMP was related to the decrease of the number of peanut agglutinin positive cells, suggesting that the effect of the prepared calf thymosin may be to promote the differentiation of the pre-thymocytes into relatively mature thymocytes.
