对100吨钢包精炼炉生产的锻件中的非金属夹杂物采用金相法、电解法、电子显微镜扫描及X-射线衍射晶体分析等方法,进行试验观察和分析。精炼炉钢锻件中稳定夹杂物总含量是比较低的。以Al_2O_3为主,其次是SiO_2,MgO、FeO和CaO含量较少。精炼炉钢中大多数试样夹杂物很少,高倍评级低;但个别夹杂物较大,呈团状存在。主要氧化物夹杂是Al_2O_3,以55CrNiMoV钢为例,以细小Al_2O_3小颗粒较多,评级级
The non-metallic inclusions in the forgings produced by a 100-ton ladle furnace were observed and analyzed by metallographic method, electrolysis, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The total content of stable inclusions in the refining furnace steel forgings is relatively low. Al_2O_3, followed by SiO_2, MgO, FeO and CaO content less. Most of the sample in the refining furnace steel contains very few inclusions, and the high magnification rating is low; however, the individual inclusions are large and present in clusters. The main oxide inclusions are Al 2 O 3, 55CrNiMoV steel, for example, with small Al 2 O 3 small particles, the rating level
