[目的]观察中药汤剂治疗儿童哮喘病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将208例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组104例西药皮质激素。丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂,50μg/次,4次/d,吸入,<0.4mg/d。治疗组104例①寒性哮喘,五味子与莱菔子联合汤剂(法半夏、五味子、灸麻黄、白芍各6g,细辛、桂枝、干姜、灸甘草各3g,紫苏子、莱菔子、白芥子各9g),1剂/d,水煎50mL,2次/d,餐后口服。咳嗽严重可加款冬花、紫菀、旋覆花;气喘严重可加代赭石。②热性哮喘,麻杏石与苏葶丸联合汤剂(灸甘草6g,生石膏15g,杏仁、葶苈子、灸苏子各10g,麻黄3g),1剂/d,水煎50mL,2次/d,餐后口服。气喘严重可加僵蚕、地龙;身体燥热严重可加鱼腥草、栀子、拳参。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈57例,显效26例,有效14例,无效7例,总有效率93.27%。对照组痊愈48例,显效24例,有效13例,无效19例,总有效率81.73%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药汤剂治疗儿童哮喘病效果显著,值得推广。

Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group cured 57 cases, markedly effective in 26 cases, effective in 14 cases, ineffective in 7 cases, the total effective rate was 93.27%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Chinese herbal decoction has significant effect on children asthma and is worth popularizing.
