目的浅议传统医学在健康教育和健康促进中的重要意义,为健康教育和健康促进增添新内涵。方法将传统医学理论与健康教育内容比较,找出传统医学的优势。结果传统医学的养生观与健康教育内容不谋而合,传统医学在方法、方药及养生保健等方面具有独特优势。结论充分发挥这些特点开展健康教育和健康促进,群众喜闻乐见,会产生巨大的社会效益,收到事半功倍的效果。
Objective To discuss the significance of traditional medicine in health education and health promotion, and to add new meaning to health education and health promotion. Methods The traditional medical theory and health education content comparison to identify the advantages of traditional medicine. Results The concept of health preservation in traditional medicine coincides with the content of health education. Traditional medicine has unique advantages in terms of methods, prescriptions and health care. Conclusions Give full play to these characteristics to carry out health education and health promotion, the masses loved, will have a huge social benefits, with a multiplier effect.
