闭式压力机(万能的、精压的、冷压的和其它等等)广泛应用在各个工业部门。设计压力机机架时,主要任务之一是保证它有足够的刚度。如果压力机没有足够的刚度,就要降低其制品的精度(特别是对于体积模锻、精压、冷挤压等工序),并降低锻模的寿命。目前尚缺少选择闭式压力机机架断面的指导性资料。在发表的文章中,主要包括机架的计算方法及应力和变形的实验数据,只有E.H.兰斯基推荐了开式压力机机架合理断面的选择。

When designing a press frame, one of the main tasks is to ensure that it has sufficient rigidity. If the press does not have sufficient rigidity, it is necessary to reduce the accuracy of their products (especially for volume forging, coining, cold extrusion and other processes), and reduce forging die life.
