本文以G市市政建设项目甲方成员为研究对象,分析了市政建设项目甲方成员心理契约对项目绩效的影响作用,两者之间存在的关系和问题,探索如何通过改善项目甲方成员对项目组织的心理契约来提高项目绩效。希望本文研究可以掌握住心理契约与项目绩效的本质关系,给相关人力资源管理工作方面带来借鉴。
In this paper, the members of Party A of Municipal Construction Project of G City are taken as the research object, the influence of the psychological contract of Party A members of municipal construction project on the performance of the project is analyzed. The relationship and problems existing between the two parties are explored. Project organization’s psychological contract to improve project performance. I hope this paper can grasp the essential relationship between psychological contract and project performance, and bring some references to human resources management.
