音美双修型师资的培养是国家教育委员会教育改革实验计划的重要调研项目之一,其主要目标是对复合型艺术师资的培养,旨在寻求适合我国广大农村地区中小学艺术师资培养模式,以期改变我国城市、农村中小学艺术教育的失衡局面。文章立足于作者自身实践,针对我国目前农村中小学艺术教育教学现状进行阐述与分析。
