Rising prices are often associated with inflation, because inflation tends to cause price increases, but prices are not necessarily caused by inflation. Because inflation itself is difficult to calculate accurately, all countries use the price increase index as an indicator of inflation. In this way, it is easy for people to overlook non-inflation factors that cause price increases. I think that because of China’s special national conditions, even if inflation is controlled during the long period ahead, there will inevitably be a continuous trend of rising prices. Recognizing this reality is of great significance for the formulation of macroeconomic policies in the future economic development of our country, and for guiding and controlling price increases.
