本文概要叙述了对引进的美国海军研究实验室X射线荧光分析程序(称NRLXRF程序)的开发和应用情况。本工作对该程序的基本结构、主要功能、调用方法及进行未知试样分析时的主要步骤等,作了探讨性的开发,並在此基础上将其应用于超导薄膜、高温合金膜、高温合金钢、钛白等试样的分析,效装较好,可满足工艺分析的要求。对多元复杂体系的稀土、水泥试样作了较广泛的分析对照,为实现单标样或少标样进行X射线荧光分析,开辟了一个很好的途径。
This article provides an overview of the development and application of the XRF analysis program introduced by the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRLXRF program). In this work, the basic structure of the program, the main function, the calling method and the main steps in the unknown sample analysis are explored. On this basis, the method is applied to superconducting films, superalloy films, High-temperature alloy steel, titanium dioxide and other sample analysis, the effect is better, to meet the requirements of process analysis. For a complex and complex system of rare earth, cement samples made a more extensive analysis and control, in order to achieve a single standard or less standard X-ray fluorescence analysis, opened up a good way.
