目的 为善保气雾剂的生产和应用提供依据。 方法 对 2 0只昆明小白鼠和 1 2只新西兰种大白兔分别进行毒性试验以及皮肤和眼刺激试验。 结果 急性毒性试验部分试验组动物在几分钟后出现活动减少 ,呼吸略快 ,给药后 3~ 4h症状缓解 ,3只小鼠 2h出现腹泻 ,2 4h后全部缓解 ,未出现死亡 ,1周后尸解 ,未见异常。皮肤刺激试验发现对兔皮肤一次激试验显示无刺激性 ,皮肤多次刺激试验属于无刺激性 ,对兔眼睛一次性刺激 (冲洗 )试验显示无刺激性。 结论 该制品经口LD50 1 0g·kg- 1 ,按急性毒性剂量分级 ,属于实际无毒物质而且对皮肤、眼睛均无刺激性
Objective To provide basis for the production and application of aerosols. Methods Twenty Kunming mice and twelve New Zealand white rabbits were tested for toxicity and skin and eye irritation tests, respectively. RESULTS Acute toxicity test Some animals in the experimental group showed reduced activity after a few minutes. Breathing was slightly faster. Symptoms eased after 3 to 4 hours after administration. Diarrhea occurred in 3 mice for 2 hours, all eased after 24 hours, and no death occurred after 1 week. Autopsy, no exception. The skin irritation test found no stimulation on a rabbit skin test. The skin irritation test was non-irritating and showed no irritation on a rabbit eye irritation (irrigation) test. Conclusion The product was orally LD 50 1 0g·kg - 1 , classified according to acute toxic dose, belonging to practical non-toxic substance and non-irritating to skin and eyes.
