清洁发展机制(简称CDM)是解决全球温室气体的市场化机制之一,可以有效降低发达国家的减排成本,同时给发展中国家带来先进技术和资金。但我国的CDM在发展过程中仍面临着许多问题,必须对其进行完善。
The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is one of the market-oriented mechanisms for solving the global greenhouse gas. It can effectively reduce the emission reduction costs of developed countries while bringing advanced technologies and funds to developing countries. However, the CDM in our country still faces many problems during its development and must be improved.
