随着行业竞争的加剧,现代企业竞争已经发展成为人才这一核心资源的竞争。建立学习型组织,加强培训,提升员工素质,是提升人力核心资源的主要途径。但是,目前企业在培训工作中还存在一定问题,具体表现为培训前、培训中及培训后三个阶段。本文试图通过建立健全企业培训制度,加强培训全过程管理,开展内部培训课程认证,建立岗位素质模型等途径来解决现有问题。
With the intensification of competition in the industry, competition in modern enterprises has developed into a competition for talent as a core resource. Establishing a learning organization, strengthening training and improving staff quality are the main ways to enhance the core human resources. However, there are still some problems in the training of enterprises at present, which are manifested in three stages: pre-training, training and post-training. This article tries to solve the existing problems by establishing and perfecting the enterprise training system, strengthening the whole course management of training, carrying out the certification of internal training courses and setting up the post quality model.
