浪潮电子信息产业集团 近几年,浪潮集团先后建立了25个分、子公司和22个控股或参股的合资公司,其中中外合资8个,形成了科研开发、生产加工、销售经营、技术服务、物资供应、进出口贸易和人员培训等多种功能,规模不断扩大,实力逐渐增强。 为了适应改革的新形势,浪潮集团实行了资产承包,形成了销售中心、技术中心、加工中心、投资中心的组织格局。销售中心是企业生存的支撑点,技术开发中心是企业发展的支撑点,加工中心是开发销售的连接点,投资中心是集团投入收益的中心点。“四个中心”是职能分工有侧重,整体联动、共同发展的集团结构。
