游客满意度对旅游的发展具有重要的意义,是以市场为导向的旅游发展的重要参考价值,尤其是在休闲旅游已经成为当前旅游发展的趋势的背景下。本文以桂林的休闲旅游为研究对象,通过调查问卷的方式,采用模糊综合评价法,探究桂林休闲旅游的游客满意度。发现游客对桂林的休闲旅游总体满意度一般,并在此基础上有针对性提出提高游客满意度的建议。 Tourist satisfaction is of great significance to the development of tourism, and it is an important reference value for the development of tourism guided by the market. Especially, leisure tourism has become the current trend of tourism development. In this paper, leisure tourism in Guilin as the research object, by means of questionnaires, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of tourist attractions in Guilin to explore tourist satisfaction. It is found that the tourists are generally satisfied with the leisure travel in Guilin. On the basis of this, suggestions are put forward to improve the tourists’ satisfaction.
