我国预应力高强钢丝货源的增多,为提高预应力混凝土构件质量,节约钢材,改善工程使用功能,促进预应力混凝土技术发展,提供了物质基础。用直径为5 mm的碳素钢丝(f_(py)=1070N/mm~2)代替现国标图中的冷拉粗钢筋(f_(py)=380~580N/mm~2)作为预应力筋,可节省相当数量的钢材,其用钢量约仅为冷拉Ⅱ级钢筋的40%,或冷拉Ⅲ级钢筋的50%,或冷拉Ⅳ级钢筋的65%,并给施工制造带来很大方便。例如:由于每m~2建筑面积用钢量的减少,相应减少了钢材搬运过程中的能量消耗;由于采用碳素钢丝,不同承载能
