团场基本经营制度以“土地承包经营,产权明晰到户,农资集中采供,产品订单收购”为基本内容,落实这一制度要注重尊重职工群众的主体地位、维护职工群众利益,充分发挥广大职工的积极性和创造性。文章采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、个别访谈法等方法获取基本数据,通过定性研究与定量研究相结合的方式分析职工视角下这一制度实施五年来的实际效果,基于实证分析提出深化兵团团场基本经营制度的建议。
