After a year and a half of trials, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province has implemented the “secondary moral education tutoring system” among 176 junior high schools and more than 150,000 middle school students in its three districts and three counties. The “Middle School Moral Education Tutor System” tried and tested in Huzhou is a tutor who directly guides students and adopts personalized and family-friendly education methods according to the individual needs of different students. Students can choose their own tutors, and tutors can also choose students directly. The task of moral education tutors is to listen carefully to the students’ voices and acknowledge the students’ aspirations.
