目的:观察咽喉康的抗炎作用。方法:采用ip醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进法,二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法,角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀法,CMC诱导白细胞游出法和棉球肉芽肿法,观察咽喉康的抗炎作用。结果:咽喉康1.0,0.5,0.25g/kg对醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高有明显的抑制作用。咽喉康0.5,0.25g/kg对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用。咽喉康0.5,0.25,0.125g/kg对角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀有明显的抑制作用。咽喉康0.5,0.25,0.125g/kg对羧甲基纤维素诱发机体白细胞游出有一定抑制作用,大、中剂量组在7.5小时能显著抑制白细胞游出(P<0.05)。咽喉康1.0,0.5,0.25g/kg对小鼠棉球肉芽肿均有一定的抑制作用。咽喉康0.5g/kg对大鼠棉球肉芽肿有一定的抑制作用。结论:咽喉康有较的抗动物急性、慢性炎症的作用。
