1962年5月至1992年1月,笔者经治100例小儿妇科疾病。其中外阴阴道炎35例,小阴唇粘连28例,外阴阴道损伤7例,淋菌性阴道炎、阴道流血各6例,卵巢肿瘤4例,阴道异物、新生儿月经、阴道积血各3例,真性性早熟2例,宫颈葡萄状肉瘤、无孔处女膜、阴道蛲虫各1例。经治疗,除1例内胚窦癌于术后3个月复发死亡、1例宫颈葡萄状肉瘤就诊后15天死亡外,余均获愈。笔者有如下体会: 1.小儿妇科疾患以外阴阴道炎及阴唇粘连多见,本组占63例。好发于穿开裆裤的2～3岁。此

I have the following experience: 1. Pediatric gynecological diseases with vulvovaginitis and labia adhesion more common in this group accounted for 63 cases. Occur in the open crotch pants 2 to 3 years old. this
