目的:研究应用髂结节处髂骨瓣修复第1跖趾关节和第2、3跖趾关节缺损的可行性。方法:测量了 44例成人干燥髂骨的髂骨结节内收角,髂骨结节前方2 cm和后方 1.5 cm处髂骨板的厚度。 44例成人干燥足骨第 1、2、3跖骨和 1、2、3趾的近节趾骨长度,测量距跖趾关节2 cm,上述跖骨的宽度和厚度;距跖趾关节1.5 cm上述趾骨的宽度和厚度。结果:髂结节的内收角平均为 19.6°,97.7%的髂结节内收角在15°~25°,髂结节前方2cm和后方1.5cm的厚度平均为1.5cm和1.1cm,分别与第1跖骨厚度1.4cm以及第1趾的近节趾骨厚度 1.1cm相近似。结论:髂结节处髂骨瓣移植修复第 1跖趾关节缺损,或修复第2、3跖趾关节的同时缺损具有可行性。
Objective: To study the feasibility of using the iliac bone graft to repair the first metatarsophalangeal joint and the second and third metatarsophalangeal joints. METHODS: Twenty-four adult iliac creases of the iliac crest were measured, the thickness of the ilium plate at the anterior 2 cm and posterior 1.5 cm of the iliac nodule was measured. The length of proximal phalanges of the first, second and third metatarsals of the adult dry lumbar vertebrae 1, 2 and 3 were measured. The metatarsophalangeal joint was measured 2 cm from the metatarsophalangeal joint. The width and thickness of the metatarsal bone were measured. The width and thickness of the phalanges. Results: The mean adduction angle of iliac nodules was 19.6 °. The mean adduction angle of iliac nodules was 97 °. The thickness of iliac nodules was 15 ° ~ 25 °. The average thickness of iliac nodules was 2 cm and 1.5 cm posteriorly. 5cm and 1.1cm, respectively, with the first metatarsal thickness of 1.4cm and the first toe proximal phalanx thickness 1.1cm similar. Conclusion: It is feasible to repair the first metatarsophalangeal joint defect at the iliac nodules or repair the second and third metatarsophalangeal joints simultaneously.
