一、设计思路本课以“健康第一”为指导思想,贯彻“以学生发展为本”的新课程理念,充分发挥学生的主体地位,激发学生的运动兴趣,关注学生个体的差异。本次课是以快速跑为主的技术教学课,内容少,技术比较单一,在课中如果一味教授学生途中跑的姿势,然后是一系列的专门性练习,接着就是50或100米跑,学生就会失去兴趣,产生逆反心理,导致学生疲劳,收不到良好的效果。笔者把跳绳运用到体育教学中,巧妙运用短绳,同时结合相应的学练方法,把学生分为
