长久以来大型单向与双向运动的振动台的程序编制和控制始终是个问题。伺服液压模拟控制技术和数字编制程序与控制方法近来的发展使这种大型系统非常适合于进行地震冲击和运输振动试验。该课题包括与大型台关系有关的伺服液压控制问题和某些现代适用的程序编制技术。文中探讨了一种大型伺服液压控制的双轴冲击试验机以说明如何将该专门问题及要求转化为硬件与软件以保证该试验设备之有效应用。
Programming and control of shakers that have long been a major one-way and two-way motion have always been a problem. Recent developments in servo-hydraulic analog control technology and digital programming and control methods make this large-scale system ideal for earthquake shock and transport vibration testing. The topics covered are servo-hydraulic control issues related to large-scale platforms and some modern and applicable programming techniques. In this paper, a large servo-hydraulic controlled biaxial impact testing machine is discussed to explain how to translate the specific problems and requirements into hardware and software to ensure the effective application of the testing equipment.
