李子营养丰富,果肉中富含维生素、蛋白质及矿物质等多种成分,其皮薄多汁、酸甜适口的特点更是深得广大消费者的喜爱,但成熟的李子果实皮薄肉软,在采收、运输及贮藏过程中,若操作不当,极易出现机械损伤、果实褐变、腐败变质等问题。因此,若要提高经济效益,延长市场供应期,就势必要掌握良好的贮藏保鲜技术。基于此,本研究介绍李子的采收保鲜技术及其操作要点,以供种植者参考,为农户增产增收。
Plums are rich in nutrients. The flesh is rich in vitamins, protein and minerals. Its thin and juicy, sweet and sour taste is the favorite of consumers. However, the mature plum fruit is thin and soft, Harvest, transport and storage process, if improper operation, prone to mechanical damage, brown fruit, spoilage and other issues. Therefore, to improve economic efficiency and extend the market supply period, it is necessary to master good storage and preservation technologies. Based on this, this study introduces plum’s harvesting preservation technology and its operating points for reference by growers, increasing output for farmers.
