作者用瑞士市售的4个厂家制造的麻疹、流行性腮腺炎、风疹三价疫苗(Triviraten 4批,MMRⅡ1批,Pluserix 3批,Trimovax1批)对421名15~24月龄儿童进行免疫接种,在接种的当天及接种后6~8周采血测定3种病毒的血清阳转率,了解这些三价疫苗的免疫效果及病毒株之间的干扰作用。结果表明,几种三价疫苗都有比较满意的免疫效果,其中风疹疫苗的血清阳转率最高。各批疫苗的风疹病毒含量不同(2.8×10~3~13.8×10~3TCID_(50)),但免疫后血清阳转率均为100%,说明麻疹和流行性腮腺炎病毒对风疹病毒无干扰作用。虽然Trimovax疫苗中
The authors immunized 421 children 15 to 24 months of age with measles, mumps and rubella trivalent vaccines (Triviraten 4, MMR II 1, Pluserix 3, Trimovax 1) manufactured by four Swiss-based manufacturers, On the day of inoculation and 6 to 8 weeks after inoculation, the seropositivity of 3 viruses was determined by blood sampling to understand the immune effect of these trivalent vaccines and the interference effect between the virus strains.
