考察了9种具有抗癌活性的2(N二甲胺基甲基)5(E)亚戊基环戊酮盐的水溶液的热稳定性.试验结果表明,所有化合物在水溶液中均发生分解,且呈一级反应.分解反应的速度常数和表观活化能显示9种盐水溶液的稳定性存在明显的差异.
The thermal stability of 9 kinds of aqueous solutions of 2 (Ndimethylaminomethyl) 5 (E) pentamethylcyclopentanone salt with anticancer activity were investigated. The experimental results show that all the compounds decompose in aqueous solution and are in first order reaction. The decomposition rate constants and apparent activation energies show that there are obvious differences in the stability of 9 kinds of brine solutions.
