目的:研究高强度多课次运动训练对神经肽Y含量变化的影响及其可能机制,为神经肽Y监洲过度训练提供一定参考。研究方法:采用跑台和游泳训练方法建立SD大鼠力竭运动模型,动态观察神经肽Y含量变化。研究结果:跑台训练组和游泳训练组NPY含量均先升高,后下降,且均是从训练1周后开始变化明显,游泳训练组比跑台训练组NPY含量变化更明显。结论:运动可使神经肽Y含量产生一系列变化,但不同运动项目对神经肽Y含量影响不同。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of high-intensity multi-stage training on changes of neuropeptide Y content and its possible mechanism, and to provide some reference for the over-training of neuropeptide Y monitoring. Research Methods: Treadmill running and swimming training methods were used to establish a model of exhaustive exercise in SD rats, and dynamic change of neuropeptide Y content was observed. The results showed that the NPY content of treadmill training group and swimming training group both increased first and then decreased, and all changed from 1 week after training, NPY content of swimming training group was more obvious than that of treadmill training group. Conclusion: Exercise can make a series of changes in neuropeptide Y content, but different sports have different effects on neuropeptide Y content.
