针对当前铁路营业线桥涵施工导致的列车晃车以及铁路交通事故频繁发生现象,基于WSN技术的特点和应用前景,结合铁路营业线桥涵施工的特点和施工过程遇到的问题,采用传感器技术建立了基于WSN技术的施工监测防护体系.研究结果表明:以加速度监测为例,分析影响营业线桥涵施工中轨道所受加速度大小的因素,并选用无线加速度传感器建立监测系统,对列车经过时桥涵施工中便梁受到的加速度值进行实时监测、分析和处理,验证列车行车安全,能够有力地保证施工顺利进行.WSN技术具有高精度、低成本的特点,能够为营业线桥涵施工和列车运营提供安全保障.
Aiming at the frequent occurrence of rail cars and railway accidents caused by the construction of railway bridge culvert in current railway construction, based on the characteristics and application prospect of WSN technology and the problems encountered during the construction of bridge and culverts in railway business lines, a sensor technology was established Based on WSN technology, the monitoring system of construction monitoring is presented. The wireless acceleration sensor is used to establish the monitoring system. The acceleration value of the beam is monitored, analyzed and processed in real time to verify the traffic safety of the train, which can effectively ensure the smooth construction.WSN technology has the characteristics of high precision and low cost, which can provide security for the business operation of bridge culvert construction and train operation .
