一、引言在机械设计过程中,经常希望选择最佳的结构参数(或设计参数),以便使产品的机械性能最好、用料最省、消耗最低以及误差最小等。可以认为,优化技术是计算机辅助设计(CAD)的核心。本文以工程车辆传动轴设计为例,提出在微型计算机(APPLEⅡPLUS)X—Y 绘图仪系统上,进行管形零件辅助设计的一种方法。其基本思想是:根据机械设计与优化设计的有关知识,建立原设计问题的数学模型,依据数学模型选择适当算法,并用 BASIC 语言编制包括设计参数优化及绘制零件图功能的程
I. INTRODUCTION In the mechanical design process, it is often desirable to choose the best structural parameters (or design parameters) in order to make the product the best mechanical properties, the most used materials, the lowest consumption and the smallest error. It can be considered that optimization technology is the core of computer-aided design (CAD). This paper takes the design of the propeller shaft of the engineering vehicle as an example, and proposes a method of assisting the tubular part design on the APPLE IIPLUS X-Y plotter system. The basic idea is: based on the knowledge of mechanical design and optimization design, establish the mathematical model of the original design problem, select the appropriate algorithm based on the mathematical model, and use BASIC language to compile the program including the optimization of the design parameters and the function of drawing the part drawing.
