利用自行建立的圆盘等电聚电泳将大肠粘膜碱性磷酸酶分为12种同工酶,从阳极到阴极依次为ALPI~ALPⅩⅡ。其中ALPⅥ和ALPⅧ主要见于大肠癌(81.8%和90.9%)、癌旁组织(80.0%和70.0%),远癌组织仅22.2%和11.1%,表明癌旁组织已具备癌组织的生化代谢特点。ALPⅥ和ALPⅧ的阳性率与大肠癌Dukes分期及分化程度无相关性。ALPⅧ与胎盘型ALP(P-ALPⅢ)等电点相当,表明ALPⅧ系一种癌胚蛋白。ALPⅥ和ALPⅧ可视为大肠癌组织特异性同工酶,对大肠癌的早期诊断具有一定价值。
The self-established isoelectric polyelectrophoresis of the disc was used to divide the alkaline mucosal phosphatase into 12 isoenzymes, which were ALPI-ALPXII from the anode to the cathode. Among them, ALPVI and ALPVIII were mainly found in colorectal cancer (81.8% and 90.9%), paracancerous tissues (80.0% and 70.0%), and distant cancer tissues were only 22.2% and 11.1%. Paracancerous tissues have the characteristics of biochemical metabolism of cancerous tissues. There was no correlation between the positive rate of ALPVI and ALPVIII and Dukes stage and differentiation of colorectal cancer. ALPVIII is comparable to the placental ALP (P-ALPIII) isoelectric point, indicating that ALPVIII is a oncoprotein. ALPVI and ALPVIII can be regarded as tissue-specific isoenzymes of colorectal cancer, and have a certain value for the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
