本文介绍了一种可以代替镍硬铸铁的新抗磨合金——铬—钼—铜马氏体白口铸铁。研究了铸态和热处理态的组织和性能,探讨了含碳量及钼、锰合金元素含量对组织和性能的影响。着重研究了在热处理过程中二次碳化物的析出和溶入规律及淬火加热温度对组织和性能的影响;并拟订了合适的淬火工艺规范。对铬钼铜马氏体白口铸铁的软化退火工艺及切削加工性能亦进行了探索。同时在试验室条件下,对抗磨粒磨损的耐磨性进行了试验研究,并与高铬白口铸铁、镍硬铸铁及普通白口铸铁进行了对比。根据试验研究结果,试制了LM10/750平盘磨煤机辊套,正在电厂生产实践中进行运转考验。
This article describes a new anti-wear alloy - chrome-molybdenum-copper martensitic white cast iron that can replace nickel hard cast iron. The microstructure and properties of as-cast and heat-treated alloys were investigated. The effects of carbon content and the content of molybdenum and manganese alloy on microstructure and properties were also discussed. Emphatically studied the precipitation and infiltration of secondary carbides in the heat treatment process and quenching temperature on the microstructure and properties; and developed a suitable quenching process specifications. The softening annealing process and cutting performance of chrome molybdenum-copper-martensite white cast iron were also explored. At the same time, under the laboratory conditions, the abrasion resistance of abrasive wear was studied and compared with that of high chromium white cast iron, nickel hard cast iron and ordinary white cast iron. According to the experimental results, trial production of LM10 / 750 flat-plate mill roller sleeve, is running test in power plant production practice.
