针对某型飞机挂架系统改型中设计的组合悬挂梁,应用截面整体变形法计算分析连接件的剪切载荷。首先建立了适当的计算模型,并详细地阐述了应用截面整体变形法进行分析的过程和思路,然后分别应用截面整体变形法、弹性理论方法和有限元方法对组合悬挂梁连接件剪切载荷进行求解,最后将所得计算结果进行比较,证明了截面整体变形法在组合梁连接设计中是有效的,并且可用于其它各种组合梁的连接设计与强度分析。
Aiming at the composite suspension beam designed in the modification of a certain type of aircraft hanger system, the shear deformation of the connector is calculated and analyzed by the method of integral deformation of section. Firstly, the appropriate calculation model is established, and the process and train of thought for the application of the whole cross-section deformation method are described in detail. Then, the shear deformation of the composite suspension beam connection is carried out by using the method of integral deformation, elastic theory and finite element method respectively Finally, the calculated results are compared to prove that the cross-section deformation method is effective in the design of composite beam connection, and can be used for the connection design and strength analysis of various other composite beams.
